What is limiting your peace? I approach therapy by asking this question and helping clients explore options to address that together. I am experienced in treating a range of challenges including LGBTQ+ concerns, grief, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, trauma, ADHD, and autism.
I provide therapy to adults and couples/relationships. I use a trauma-informed, integrative therapy framework and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Accepting new clients
I became a therapist because I love helping people understand themselves more deeply and find a greater sense of ease with life. My career has involved significant work with the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities that informs the diverse clients I work with.
I approach therapy with a focus on the relationship I have with my clients. I believe clients are the experts of their lives and my job is to invite new ideas and skills for promoting growth and wellness. In working with me, clients can expect a present moment focus as we work toward therapy goals.
To best serve all of my clients, it is part of my job to continually educate myself on the impact of racism and bigotry on mental health. Research shows that trauma and oppression are inextricably linked. Speaking out against racism in all forms is part of the advocacy and healing that makes this work important.
I completed my graduate education in Counselor Education at The Ohio State University in 2018. I initially started my therapy education planning to become a school counselor but through my education, I realized the work that felt most meaningful to me was sitting down with someone and helping them unpack challenges and reach their goals.
I hold the identities of being white, neurodivergent, able-bodied, cis-gender, gay, and the son of an immigrant. I am anti-racist and consider cultural context in my therapy work.
When I’m not in my office, I love spending time with my partner, family, friends, and my 110 pound Great Pyrenees, Mando. I enjoy walks, TV, movies, video games, podcasts, and reading. I love to learn new things and value growth in my personal and professional areas.
